It's really easy to book Offchurch Village Hall

• Check our bookings calendar for your chosen dates and send your booking request to offchurchvillagehall@gmail.com

• Your booking will be provisional and you will be sent a hirer's agreement and an invoice

• Once you have paid the invoice your booking will be confirmed

• Please note that our insurance requires that we limit parties to 50 people.  As the hall is in a residential area, we request that music stops at 11 pm and that the hall is vacated by 11.30 pm.  It is committee policy that we do not accept bookings for parties for teens through to 21.  Unfortunately, we do not accept bouncy castles, or any inflatables, in the hall, car park or village field.
